Literacy work stations

An awesome session today was presented by the one and only DEBBIE DILLER!!! She is the author and master of literacy work stations!! Her session helped us gain a better understanding of how centers and work stations are TOTALLY different!!! Stations help to build independence and collaborative discussions!

    This session was terrific! I loved learning about stations and the 5 things that should be happening...reading, writing, listening, speaking, or working with letters and words. Debbie was a great speaker.

    Debbie Diller's session was my favorite today! I loved learning the true differences between stations and centers and how to make my teaching grow into literacy work stations. I can't wait to share her simple and helpful strategies for planning and setting up classrooms that invite students of all ages to enjoy meaningful learning opportunities.
